Our services are adapted and moulded to suit and benefit the community. Our staff speak a range of different languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil and Bengali. We feel that the services we provide meet the diverse cultural, linguistic and religious needs within the community and aid in dissolving many barriers that our clients face in today’s society.

Solace Community Care Ltd.Home care is a service that enables professional carers to provide help to less able people in the comfort of their own homes. It consists of carers assisting clients with day to day tasks as well as aiding in personal care.

Some care we provide:

 Bathing and washing
 Dressing
 Hair and skincare
 Oral hygiene care
 Assistance when using to bathroom
 Managing incontinence
 Lifting and moving (e.g. from bed tochair)
 Food shopping and meal preparation
 Aiding to feed themselves or feeding
 Sitting with clients during the night
 General house work and chores
 
Our carers are continuously trained in order to develop their skills further and to ensure that we are constantly monitoring and improving the service we provide.

Our service is specialised in dealing with a diverse range of clients such disabled people as well as those who suffer from mental health related illnesses.
 
We assess each case individually and generate a thorough client specific care plan to meet the detailed needs and wants of our service users.
 
In order to provide the highest level of Home Care we can, we personally visit client homes to carry out accurate Risk, Health & Safety and Manual Handling Assessments that aid in developing the final care plan.
